Meetings & Corporate Event Coordinator -- The Job & Expectations 

  1. You will work closely with our Social Events & Weddings Coordinator, Event Hosts & our Admin & Operations teams to ensure that our clients event goes off without a hitch

  2. Inquiries, tours and sales: The Meetings & Corporate Event Coordinator is responsible for managing all booking inquiries, consulting on availability & venue fit, as well as touring the space, managing follow up and closing the sales.

  3. Third party event coordination: The Meetings & Corporate Event Coordinator is the main point of contact for corporate event and meeting clients, providing them support and resources as they plan their event.

  4. Admin and finance: Liaising with our admin team for invoicing, contracts, collecting commissions.

  5. Client relations: Ensure our clients have an exceptional experience from beginning to end. Handle client complaints and solve problems creatively and efficiently.

  6. Internal event coordination: support as required for the Commons’ community-building initiatives, events and programmes spearheaded by the Community Director (May - Oct).
