3. Apply for membership.

We want to ensure The Commons is the right solution for you, and you are a good fit for The Commons. Therefore we do have an application process to ensure a great mix of coworking colleagues for a productive office and meeting space.


What’s the fine print?

There really isn't any!


Once your membership is approved by our board of membership representatives and leadership team, you become a member of the community of the curious, a ‘Commoner’, and receive your own member key. Move in any time.

In keeping with the unconventional, you may join on any day of the month. There is no need to wait until the start of a new one; we'll just pro-rate the month for you.

Our re-conceptualizing of the office model makes commitment at The Commons minimal. We have a month-to-month lease agreement, only requiring 30 days-notice for termination on or before the first of the month.
