Our ideal team member is here for what they can give rather than what they can get and are motivated to do what’s in the best interest of the company and team, not only themselves.

COURAGE

They have the courage to ask questions and challenge the status quo – and are thoughtful enough to offer constructive critique while suggesting new ideas. In fact, they are “all-in” with a new idea - the more unique and “out-of-the-box” the better; they aren’t satisfied with standing still and will take risks to make a vision come true.

CERTAINTY

They are a risk-taker but they have the patience and foresight to make sure the risks are calculated and the ideas well considered. However, once they are sure, they move forward with purpose and confidence.

EFFICIENCY

They constantly question how things are done and strive to do them better. They aren’t satisfied with just coasting and are able to independently deliver the right results and innately understand how to prioritize based on ever-changing company goals.
