We don’t have a typical org chart – we value accountability over hierarchy
and see our company as a circle with many pieces making up the pie.
We tried a traditional org chart – Erynn in fact may have gotten obsessed with it! – but she finally realized no one fit in exact categories with direct lines of reports in a hierarchical structure. It was such a relief to use a circle as a model and made much more sense for how we actually work.
During your employment with us you will be involved in all aspects of the business and may serve in many different roles such as leader, teammate, ideas person.
The circle breaks into five distinct areas/teams and your level of participation will change quarterly depending on your workload and the projects you elect to work on. We'll go through the teams in more detail during your first days with us.
